Day 4 to Day 7: Gokarna
Embark on the Swa Wellbeing programme. Starting at 5 nights, it helps you implement various mind and body techniques – not just to reduce and manage stress but also to create positive change within you.
This programme includes consultations with doctors and yoga instructors, therapeutic massages, group and private yoga sessions, meditation, art therapy, nature trails, interactive cooking classes and healthy gourmet cuisine.

0630Hrs – Meditation session, Guide nature walk
0715 to 0830 Hrs – Group Session for Pranayama & Yoga Asanas
0845 to 1130 Hrs – Breakfast & free time
1130 to 1230 Hrs – Interactive cooking class, visit to near by village, karma yoga Ayurveda treatment
1230 to 1530 Hrs – Lunch & free time
1530 to 1830 Hrs – Group Session for Pranayama & Yoga Asanas
1830 to 1930 Hrs – Group session for mediation
1930 to 2130 Hrs – Dinner, Enjoy the cultural performance by traditional south Indian dance forms/music. (B/L/D)
